The operating system for humans and agents.

For studios and one-person service businesses: website, bookings, customers and money in one place.

Not another AI layer. AI operating systems connect to your tools; Simma is the tools, with AI agents that help the owner run them.

1platform, every tool

The problem

The owner is the integration.

A studio runs on eight tools that don't agree with each other — so at 10pm the founder copies bookings into invoices and customers into mailing lists.

"AI operating systems" add a ninth layer on top. It connects to the eight. It doesn't replace them — so the owner is still in the middle.

The difference

Simma doesn't connect to the tools. Simma is the tools.

Email, CRM, chat, customers, products, bookings, invoices — and every public face of the business: website, support, phone numbers, email addresses. Owned, not connected.

An AI operating system

A layer, connected in

Every action crosses into another company's system — on their terms, for as long as they allow it.

The permanent OS

One system, owned all the way down

No connectors to keep alive. Agents act on tools Simma built, on records the business owns.

Why "permanent" — the full argument →

The platform

Everything a service business runs on.

One login. One record. The tools themselves, built as one.

Presence

A presence it owns

Website, email addresses and phone numbers — how search engines, AI answer engines and Google Maps find the business.

Record

One golden record

Every customer, booking, invoice and payment — filed once, in one system.

Money

Book and pay, end to end

The slot, the payment and the invoice file themselves against the same customer.

Back office

Where the team — and the agents — work

Projects, rota, files, reports and settings, on the same record as the front door.

In person

A till with real printers

Card, cash, gift cards and a printed receipt — the same customer, the same record.

Library

The brand, held once

Photos and brand assets reused across the site, emails and social.

The agents

The owner stays in charge. The agents help.

Five specialists and a chief of staff, built to work inside the same tools, on the same records, behind the same approval gate as the humans. The named agents are the next build; the records and the approval gate they need are already live.

Why this exists

"I'm building the platform I always wanted."

I used to run small businesses. CRM in one place, email marketing in another, files in Dropbox, payroll in IRIS, a separate events tool — everything patched together, and half the team locked out of half of it to save on licences. So I started building the all-in-one platform, evenings and weekends, alongside my day job — and then AI arrived mid-build, and the vision grew: not just one place to run a business, but agents to help run it.

The platform is in production. No customers yet — and the honest reason is me: I still lead product at a FTSE 100 company by day, and I won't take on businesses I can't yet serve. Simma needs me full-time to win its first customers; its first customers are what get me full-time. That chicken-and-egg is what this raise is for.
